What if I do not receive my order by the Expected Delivery date?

If you have not received your order within a few days after the expected delivery date, don't panic, your order should be on its way. You may also check the status of your order on our website.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order, you must contact Contoso Printers Customer Service immediately on  7462 124 324. Contoso Printers will endeavor to accommodate your request, if the printer has not already been shipped. If it has already been shipped, then you'll have to return the item. Please contact our Customer Service.
