Orders and Shipping Contoso Printer Steps for Processing Delayed Orders

If Order is not yet shipped, perform the following steps

1. Query for Order number provided by Customer. If not available, then
2. Go to the Case record in question and view Customer Record
3. View orders tab and see latest order. Confirm the order number with the customer. 
4. Confirm requested delivery date and check if order is indeed late
5. See status of Order. If Status is fulfilled, and inform customer that Order is on its way.

6. If Order is not yet shipped, ask customer if they want to pick up from nearest Service Center
7. Waive the shipping fee from the Customer
8. Provide customer offer if eligible
